Listing photos, re-angled

0:00 of 1:00
How a listing goes through AUREN, in a minute. It contains AI re-angles of Superstay’s listing photos, shown with the host’s permission.
What the film says
  1. The property isn’t the problem. The presentation is.
  2. AUREN re-takes the listing photos you already have. No reshoot. No photographer.
  3. 01 Send. Your photos and a link to your listing.
  4. 02 Review. We look at every shot first, and flag any worth retaking.
  5. 03 Re-angle. AI re-takes each photo from a better camera position: level and landscape.
  6. Then checked, twice. Object by object, against your own photos. Where an AI image changes something a guest would notice, your real photo is used.
  7. 04 Deliver. Sized for Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo. Every AI image is marked in its filename, with what changed in it.
  8. 05 Adjust. Something off? Tell us, and we work from your notes until it’s right.
  9. Is this allowed on Airbnb? Airbnb asks hosts to remove photos where AI hides flaws or adds amenities. We reject any change a guest would notice, and you decide what goes on your listing.
  10. Will guests find anything different? They shouldn’t. The rooms and furniture are yours. The camera position, light and small details change, and you’re told what changed in each image.
  11. How much does it cost? Priced per listing. Quoting is free, and the price is agreed before any work starts.
  12. Where are you? India (IST), working remotely with hosts anywhere. Every enquiry is answered within two working days.
  13. You own what you send. You own what comes back. Nothing of yours is shown without your permission. Ask what was done with your files, or have them deleted, any time.
  14. Tell us about your property. We’ll reply with a quote.

An AI re-angle of the same bedroom as a level landscape frame from the corner of the room: the curtained window on one wall, the AC and the dresser on the other, the bed in the foreground, in even daylight.
A bedroom photographed in portrait and tilted from beside the bed: the foot of the bed in the lower left corner, a curtained window on the left wall, a split AC and a low dresser on the far wall, under a heavy band of ceiling, in a pinkish evening cast.

The line in full
  • Every AI image is checked object by object against your photographs, including your other shots of the same room.
  • An AI image that adds, removes, moves, enlarges or upgrades anything a guest would notice, including one that hides a security camera, building work next door or damage, is rejected and your real photo used instead.
  • Every AI re-angle is marked in its filename, and you are told what changed in it.
  • No AI image is called untouched: even one that passes carries small invented details, such as wall texture or sky, and can place things slightly differently or leave out small fixtures in ways a guest would not notice. Each one is listed.
  • We don’t generate aerial or drone shots.
  • Motion made from a photograph is labelled as such.

How it works

  1. You: Send

    The photos you have.

Share the photographs you have and a link to your listing, or clips from your phone. Not listed yet? Ask and we’ll send a room-by-room shot list.

  2. We: Review

We look at every shot first.

We look at every shot first, and tell you plainly if anything is worth retaking.

  3. We: Re-angle

Re-taken by AI, made again if it fails.

Each photograph re-taken by AI from a better angle, then checked twice, object by object, against your own. One that fails is made again, and no AI image reaches you that hasn’t passed.

  4. We: Deliver

Sized to fit, AI images marked.

The finished set, sized for each platform, with anything else your order includes. Each AI re-angle is marked in its filename, with what changed in it.

  5. You: Adjust

    Tell us what’s off.

Tell us what is off and we put it right. Say so when the set arrives and we work from your notes.

What the films say
Five steps, from your phone
Shot on your phone. 01 Send the photos you already have. Not listed yet? We send a shot list. 02 We review every shot (here: tilted, an evening colour cast). Worth a retake? We’ll say so. 03 AI moves the camera. Level. Chest height. Landscape. 04 Checked object by object - window, AC, dresser, bed - against your own photos. Fails? Your real photo is used. 05 Ready to publish. Sized for Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo. Shot on your phone. Re-angled. Checked. Ready. Send your photos for a free quote: theaurenproject.com.
What we will not do
Our rules. What we will not do. Add an amenity you don’t have. Hide damage. Hide a security camera. Call an AI image untouched. Every re-angle is checked against your original, marked in its filename, and explained.
Why your room looks smaller
Shooting tips. Three fixes, no new camera. Why your room looks smaller in photos than in real life. 1: You’re shooting from the doorway (one wall; from a corner, two). Stand in a corner and shoot towards the opposite corner. You get two walls and the floor, and the room reads deeper. 2: Your phone is tilted (the walls lean in; level, they stand straight). Hold it level at chest height and turn on the camera grid. Airbnb’s own photo guide says don’t tilt the lens up or down. 3: You’re shooting vertical. Airbnb’s guide says to take horizontal photos, because vertical ones get cropped in search results. Already shot them? Send them anyway. We re-angle the photos you already have and check every object against your originals. WhatsApp +91 93912 30481.
A short history of the photograph
The first photograph took hours. Maybe days. 1827, the first photograph: Niépce, hours of light on a pewter plate. 1839, the daguerreotype: minutes, not hours, but no copies. 1841, the negative: Talbot, one negative, many prints. 1888, the Kodak: “You press the button, we do the rest.” 1900, the Brownie: a camera for one dollar. 1925, 35 mm film: the Leica, small enough to carry anywhere. 1935, colour film: Kodachrome. 1948, the instant camera: a Polaroid print in about a minute. 1975, the digital camera: 100 × 100 pixels, 23 seconds a photo. 2000, the camera phone: about 0.1 megapixels, in your pocket. (Each era is shown as a recreated look of the same bedroom.) 2026, today: everyone has a camera, but a phone photo isn’t a listing photo. Listing pros bring a full-frame camera, an ultra-wide lens, a tripod, lights and a photographer, plus editing, travel and a date that suits them. But… a pro listing shoot: the photographer’s visit, travel, editing, and again at every refresh. There’s another way. AUREN: listing photos, re-angled by AI. 1 Shoot on your phone. 2 Send it to AUREN. 3 AI moves the camera: level, chest height, landscape. 4 Checked, object by object, against your own photos. Room after room. 5 Ready to publish, in order, sized for Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo. No photographer. No studio. No shoot. Just your phone. You take the photo; AUREN does the rest. Questions

Anything else, ask us directly. Start a project

Is this allowed on Airbnb?

Airbnb will ask hosts to remove photos where AI was used to edit flaws, hide damage, add amenities or otherwise misrepresent the listing. Our check rejects any AI image that changes something a guest would notice, and for every image that passes you are told what changed, including any small fixture the AI tidied away, so you can decide before it goes on your listing.

Will guests find something different when they arrive?

They shouldn’t. Every AI image is checked for exactly that, and one that changes something a guest would notice is replaced with your real photo. The rooms and the furniture are the ones you have. What changes is where the camera stands, the light and colour, and small details the AI redraws, such as wall texture, sky, distant scenery or a fitting’s exact position. You are told what changed in each image.

Can you make a video for my Airbnb listing?

Airbnb doesn’t accept video on its listings. Vrbo does, and we make a version for it. Otherwise a reel is for Instagram, YouTube and your own booking site — and for guests to watch once they have booked.

My photos aren’t good. Can you still help?

Often, yes. If a shot can’t be rescued honestly, we’ll say so and tell you exactly how to retake it with your phone.

Do you use AI?

Yes, and we say so. AI re-takes each photograph from a better camera position, and every result is checked object by object against your own photos; where it changed something a guest would notice, your real photo is used. Each AI image is marked in its filename, with what changed in it. Motion made from a still photograph is labelled as such.

Where do you work?

We work remotely, with hosts and property managers anywhere in the world. We are in India (IST, UTC+5:30) and answer every enquiry within two working days.

How much does it cost?

Services are priced per listing, and portfolios are quoted. What sets the price: how many images, whether a film is included, and how soon you need it. Quoting costs nothing, and the price is agreed before any work starts. Tell us about your property and we’ll reply with one.

AUREN works from what’s already there. No photographer at the door, no rooms that don’t exist — the space you have, shown the way it really feels to stay in.
