What we do with what you send.
One form, one purpose: to answer you. This page says exactly what that involves.

Who is responsible
AUREN is Nihal Reddy, working from Hyderabad, India. There is no company behind it; the person who reads your enquiry is the person responsible for it. Write to theaurenprojectx@gmail.com about anything on this page.
What the form collects
The enquiry form asks for:
- Your name, and a WhatsApp number or an email address — the name and one of the two are required, so there is somewhere to send your photos and our reply.
- A link to the listing or to your photographs — optional.
- What you need, how many listings you have and how soon you need it — three taps, where “Not sure yet” and “Just looking for now” are answers too.
Nothing else is collected by us: the site sets no cookies of its own and carries no tracking pixels. Two things come from Cloudflare, which hosts it. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits and how fast pages load, without cookies and without identifying you. And Cloudflare’s bot protection may set one cookie (cf_clearance) to remember that your browser passed its check.
After you send the form, that browser tab keeps the name to greet you by, whether you gave a WhatsApp number, and when you sent it, so the page that confirms it can still greet you if it is opened again in that tab within half an hour. None of it is sent anywhere, and your browser clears it when that tab’s session ends.
The service is for adults and businesses. If you are under 18, please don’t use the form.
Why, and on what basis
To reply to you and, if you go ahead, to do the work. That is the only use. You are never added to a mailing list, and your details are never sold, shared or passed to anyone outside the list below.
The lawful basis is the step you asked for: you sent an enquiry and we are answering it. Where that framing does not apply, the basis is our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us.
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the basis is section 7(a): you gave these details yourself, to get a reply and a quote. They are used only for that and, if you go ahead, for the work. Tell us to stop and we stop.
If we contacted you first, we found your business’s details on its own public website or listing. Tell us and we won’t contact you again, and we delete them.
Who else touches it
- Formspree — the form service the enquiry is posted to. It holds a copy and forwards it by email.
- Cloudflare — serves this site and runs the code behind the form. It also keeps a copy of each enquiry in its storage, written before anything is sent on, so an enquiry cannot be lost if the form service fails.
- Google (Gmail) — the mailbox your enquiry lands in, and the one an email reply comes from.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you give a WhatsApp number, the reply and the photos you send travel through it.
All four are based outside India, so your enquiry is processed abroad. No one else receives it. Photographs you send for the work go further, to the AI services named under “Your photographs” below. If either list changes, this page changes with it.
Your photographs
The form asks for a link to your photographs, not the files. Nothing is uploaded here, and a link you paste is only read by the person answering you.
If you go on to send files, they are used to do the work you asked for, and for nothing else unless you agree in writing that the result may be shown. That work passes them to AI services outside India: Higgsfield, through which OpenAI’s GPT Image model re-takes each photograph from a better angle, and Anthropic, whose Claude models are used to check each result against your originals. However you send the files — email, WhatsApp or a shared folder — that service holds a copy too. Ask at any point what has been done with them, or ask for them to be deleted, and you will get a straight answer.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for two years, so a conversation can be picked up where it left off, and then deleted — from every place listed above, Cloudflare’s copy included. Ask for yours to go sooner and it goes sooner — there is no process to go through and no reason to argue about it.
What you can ask for
A copy of what is held about you, a correction, or deletion. Also: to object to it being held at all, and to have it sent to you in a form you can take elsewhere. Write to theaurenprojectx@gmail.com or message +91 93912 30481. You will hear back within two working days.
Complaints about how your details are handled go to our Grievance Officer, Nihal Reddy, at the same email and number. A complaint is resolved within 30 days.
If your details are ever exposed, we will tell you without delay: what happened, what it may mean for you, what we are doing about it and what you can do to protect yourself.
